how to model the non-volatile component?

I desire model a component which could conserve the information

for example, firstly, the resistance is 10K ohm, after a big current, its resistance change to 15k ohm and this resistance
will always 15k, only a opposite direction big current pass the component the resistance return to 10 k ohm.
