I'd like to know a model to simulate the behavior of the esd protection circuit with diodes in a LNA at 2.4 GHz, in order to get the dimension of the diodes.

please help me in some way,

Are you trying to model the diodes during an ESD event, or see how much they load the circuit during normal operation?

In general, though, if all you have are diodes, I'd expect you to get decent simulation results using a model card that includes breakdown (BV) for the diodes.
