in appendix B of "Fundamentals of power electronics",Robert W.Erickson
i found a ccm/dcm switch model (ccm/dcm1)
but it contains no conduction loss (Nmos/diode on resistance,..)
if somebody have dcm swich model contains conduction loss
...
