Hello every body,

Just a simple questions: how it is possible to plot or print the MOS device parameters (like VTH, Caps, Gm, Gds, and so on) in Cadence? Indeed, I am trying to study the device parameters in deferent conditions (temp, bias, etc) and for this purpose I need to run Monte Carlo or DC sweep simulations and then plot the device parameters.
