In Cadence 5.1.41 is there a way to import a Spectre netlist as a cell view? (Something like netlist view). Or is it possible to convert a Spectre netlist to a schematic view?

In IC610 it's possible to import a spectre netlist and create a schematic. But that was new in IC610...

The closest you have in IC5141 is to convert (using your favourite text editor, or a hand-written perl script, say) the netlist to CDL format, and then use File->Import->CDL to create a schematic.
