Title: Books on memory design
Post by ywguo on Jul 2nd, 2008, 8:42pm

Hi Guys,

The Books page lists dozens of great books. However, there is not any books about memory design. That is probably not so hot as RF design. However it is an important topic in the industry. I hope you would recommend some textbooks about memory design, including non-volative memory, SRAM, DRAM, and any new memory technique.

Best regards,
Yawei

Yawei,

Both the IEEE books on DRAM design are well written, the newer
book is

DRAM Circuit Design: Fundamental and High-Speed Topics
by Brent Keeth, R. Jacob Baker, Brian Johnson, Feng Lin
IEEE Press Series on Microelectronic Systems

                                                     Best Regards,

                                                        Sheldon
