We are in the process of recovering from a serious outage. You might find that there is still problems with the more obscure pages on this site. I apologize for the inconvenience. I will let you know when everything is back to normal.

Whoops, I forgot to inform you that everything has returned to normal, and did so several days ago. Please let me now of any persistent anomalies.
