Hello All,

I'm reading some websites and papers about this subject, Cadence Workstation, but in the end it's only words and I can't find a good "environment" vs work need to be done.

Only to give an example I'm finishing a "little" layout, with pad and so one with around 9 millions of gates (little thing right) and the workstation that I'm using or give me problem with swap memory or take me huge time to do something or if I'm doing some verifications I can not do anything else because my computer is like a snail ... ;D

If anyone can help regarding this subject I will be grateful.

Cadence workstation? That has nothing to do with Cadence.
I think you just need a faster computer/workstation with more memory ;)
