Title: PSRR for biases
Post by Tlaloc on Oct 7th, 2008, 11:08am

What is typically spec'ed for supply rejection for bias blocks providing currents?  Without a signal path, can we even have a PSRR, or do people just report the transconductance gain from supply voltage to output current?  Thanks.

A good practice id the define maxmium noise voltage of the bias current or noise voltage if the supply, ground or substrate is noisy.

Over the common nets which does not have ZERO impedance noise is introduced. That gives also guidance for the noise generators. So a noise budget is a good way.
