POSITION: RF Design ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and development of RF Processors including N Channel RF Front Ends and Goniometer based front ends. Functions include RF design, RF PCB layout, Amplifier and switch design, Noise Figure and Intercept Point calculations and RF Budget calculations.
Performance analysis and simulation to validate that proposed designs meet requirements.
Maintain current knowledge base of RF techniques and best utilization of RF test equipment.
RESULTS EXPECTED:
Work as part of an engineering and development team on key EW development projects. Ensure that delivered designs and implementations meet system specifications.
Ensure that development tasks are delivered on schedule and within budget.
REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:
Proficient in PCB Layout techniques like stripline and microstrip
Experience in development of RF budgets and NFIP calculations
Design experience RF boards up to 3 GHz
Experience with signal processing techniques used in Radio Direction Finding systems
Exposure to FEKO or Ansoft tools
Strong oral and written communications skills
Established track record for successful implementations
All candidates must be a U.S. Citizen [Will consider permanent resident (Green card) holder for the right candidate]
Education: BSEE (MSEE desirable)
Experience: 5 years experience as a development engineer.
Compensation: Very competitive (based on experience)
