Is anyone aware of a direct (or similar) replacement for an Agilent ATF54143 PHEMT ?

I am developing a Low Noise Amp (LNA) and although this component meets my noise requirements it is a bit of a power hog (60mA) in my application. I am looking to at least half the power consumption but any component that reduces the power is welcome.

NF=0.55dB, Ga=17.4dB at 3V, 60mA (2GHz)
P1dB=20.4dBm, and OIP3=36dBm at 3V, 60mA (2GHz)

What is your requirement ?
Do you need same P1dB and OIP3 as ATF-54143 ?
What frequency band do you use ? Upto 2GHz ? Or around 2GHz ?
