Title: Hole Pattern Error in Momentum simulation.
Post by silentboy on Mar 23rd, 2009, 11:27am

I am running momentum simulation for a differential inductor and got error information:
Found Hole pattern inside hole pattern.

Doese anyone have any idea what caused this problem?

Thanks a lot!

Did you replace a grid of tiny square vias with one large via of equivalent cumulative via ?
Probably there are some vias left from the old array inside the new one and this is mapped on a different layer.
