What is the difference between Cdamp(Damping Capacitor) and Cd(Decoupling capacitor.

using the conventions shown in Ken's paper the damping capacitor or part of network used to reduce the reactive ringing (thus damping) of a network. The "network" is the inductance of the interconnect and the decoupling capacitor.
