Title: Regarding data type in verilogA
Post by somisetty on Dec 9th, 2009, 1:42am

Hi,

Is there any data type to hold the data in verilogA (that means, where as in verilog just like reg).

Thanks

If by data you mean a 4-valued logic value, no, this concept is not in Verilog-A. You only get reals and integers. If you need registers, you need to use Verilog-AMS.

Thank you Ken Kundert,

I have one more question about the same,
Will you please provide verilogA code of parallel in and serial out (PISO) shift registers.

Thanks

I would be happy to, however there would be a charge. Feel free to contact me directly if you'd like to engage my company for modeling services.
