i want to measure the DR and equivalent input noise voltage...
but  i don't know how~

Use Signal Generator and Spectrum Analyzer although I don't know a definition of your DR.
There are many denitions for DR(Dynamic Range).

If your concerned frequency is more than 10MHz, use NF meter such as Agilent N8974A or N8975A Noise Figure Analyzer.
Here you can evaluate input referenced noise from NF and associate gain.

As alternative method, you can evaluate input referenced noise from output noise with shorten input and gain.
Here you can evaluate output noise with shorten input by using Spectrum Analyzer or Oscilloscope.
And you can measure gain by using Signal Generator and Spectrum Analyzer or Network Analyzer.

Measurement of input referenced noise in EDA Tool Play is very easy, because it is no more than Tool Play.
But actual measurement of input referenced noise using actual instruments is fairly difficult and not reliable.
