Title: Doubt regarding PNOISE results obtained from Spectre-RF Post by shaikh_sarfraz on Dec 29th, 2009, 6:40am Hi, What sort of spectral density is obtained when we do Pnoise analysis. Is it power spectral density of phase or is it power spectral density of voltage? Best Regards Sarfraz |

This is true for any vendor's simulator. Just we can decompose this voltage noise to AM and PM noises. That's all. See my appends in the followings. http://www.designers-guide.org/Forum/YaBB.pl?num=1244213153/6#6 http://www.designers-guide.org/Forum/YaBB.pl?num=1260521995 http://www.designers-guide.org/Forum/YaBB.pl?num=1050465395 |
