I'm trying to find a most original IEEE reference for the linear equalizer often used in wireline transceivers. (or aliased as peaking amplifier)

Which paper will you quote as the reference in this circuit?

Are you looking for circuits or theory.

for theory - look up S. U. H. Qureshi or Lee and Messerschmitt book
