Hi,
how can I make the ac analysis of switched capacitor circuit using spectreRF in cadence from the analog enviornment?

Head to http://www.designers-guide.org/Analysis/ and read the document titled "Simulating switched-capacitor filters with SpectreRF". I used it and it works.
