Hello,

I am one beginner of monte carlo simulation. I need help urgently.

Now I want to simulate the drain current mismatch of mos transistor with respect to vgs-vth, where vgs-vth is defined as design variable and drain current defined as output in ADE and monte carlo.

Could somebody tell me, how can I simulate the mismatch of drain current with respect to vgs-vth and show the result by means of swept vgs-vth, instead of iteration number?

Hi guanze,

I don't know what you know and what you don't know. It seems that you have a SPICE model supporting monte-carlo simulatin. It seems that you have already known ADE interface and started monte-carlo in ADE. Could you please put forward a question with specific problem?
