Dear all,

Please recommend me a classical high accuracy rc osc IC, the process should not be the latest, but it should be quite accurate over a large temperature.

Decribe in detail.

What characteristics of oscillator do you need as high accuracy ?

Generally temperature compensated Wien-Bridge Oscillator is a candidate.
