Sr. Analog IC Design Engineer

Location:                                PA – Bethlehem
Group:                                    Power/Power Stage
Degree Requirements:         MSEE

We’re searching for an experienced, hands-on design engineer with a solid understanding of analog IC design principles and semiconductor device physics to join our winning team.

Specific responsibilities include:
-      Lead driver IC designs from concept to RTM
-      Establish analog IC design, simulation and verification flows
-      Supervise IC layout designs
-      Interface with process integration engineers from internal and external foundries
-      Collaborate with the systems and applications group in the following fields:
o      Definition and design of product
o      Product test and characterization
o      Systems and applications testing of product
-      Develop production test spec and implementation methods

The ideal candidate will have an MSEE with 10+ years of experience designing analog ICs. A proven track record in Power IC design is needed. Experience managing engineering projects is required.

Prefer experience in power management IC design such as DC/DC converters, with a high emphasis on Power MOSFET driver IC design.  Experience with various design simulation and verification tools is desired. Strong lab skills are needed.
