Title: Insufficient virtual memory

I want to run a length of 2^16 FFT for my ADC. After the simulation finishes, I want to save the output data into a file so that to do FFT analysis in MATLAB. However, it shows

"insufficient virtual memory"

I am just wondering how to save the data now?
