Title: 120nm minimum length for Cadence 130nm technology? Post by saam on Dec 16th, 2010, 2:40am Hello For cadence 130nm technology i am using device length minimum ie 120nm, but while doing layout z it giving some problems like threshold leakage??? shall i use minimum length or i have to go with multiples of length? can anyone suggest me ThankU Saam |
Title: Re: 120nm minimum length for Cadence 130nm technology? Post by ywguo on Dec 21st, 2010, 6:07pm Hi Saam, Please use correct name. cadence is not a foundry. There is not any technology named cadence 130nm technology. Please use correct term. What is threshold leakage? Please provide details, like transistor dimension, data, and plots if you expect helpful replies. How much is the leakage current now? Any error/warning message when you simulate. Best Regards, Yawei |
