Very sad news.

Ashawna Hailey, whom most of you probably know at Shawn Hailey, passed away on Oct. 14 at age 62.

Shawn, along with his brother Kim, co-founded Metasoftware and created HSpice. He was a true pioneer for our industry in more ways than one; and had a tremendous impact on all of us.

Shawn is survived by his children Neal and Nora, and his brother Kim.
