Title: How to position the segment of one metal line in RC extraction Post by ywguo on Dec 14th, 2012, 6:20pm Hi Guys, In RC extraction of Assura, one node in schematics becomse many segments like number:node name. For example, a node name q1 becomes 2:q1, 5:q1, 6:q1, 9:q1, 71:q1, 72:q1, 73:q1, 74:q1, 75:q1, 76:q1, 77:q1, 78:q1, 79:q1, 80:q1, 81:q1, 82:q1, 83:q1, 84:q1, and 85:q1. I want to know the postion of each segment. Which one is near the driver, or near any receiver? Can I resolve this problem in Assura/Virtuoso? If not, I have to track it in the netlist. Thanks in advance. Yawei |
