Hi,
I have designed a flash ADC in cadence spectra and got the output bits.Now want to plot INL and DNL,so I have save the data values from output in .CSV format in report table. It has a number of values so which values should i chose and from where ideal values to get.

Can any one give me MATLAB code for this.

Hi,
You can give a ideam ramp in cadence and see the corresponding digital values. Then you can do an end point lms fit, remove the offset and the gain error and then find the LSB. Use that as the ideal step for your INL and DNL calculation
