Title: Is there any method which set the resistor in Spice model ?

Thanks for reading.

I'd like to define the resistor between source and drain in spice model.
But I didn't find such a parameter in BSIM3 spice model paramter.
That I want to do is to make the leakage source which depends on VDS.
I don't want to change the other factors (Vth, Isat, etc).
Is there any method in hspice model ?

There isn't such a thing in the official standard BSIM3.

Some vendors may have added a proprietary extension to the model, though I'm not aware of any.

why don't you add in schematic level??

It could be a nuisance to do in schematic, if you have many instances.

Can't you just create a subcircuit with the resistor and device model?
