Title: Is there any method which set the resistor in Spice model ? Post by azure_sky on Apr 30th, 2013, 1:26am Thanks for reading. I'd like to define the resistor between source and drain in spice model. But I didn't find such a parameter in BSIM3 spice model paramter. That I want to do is to make the leakage source which depends on VDS. I don't want to change the other factors (Vth, Isat, etc). Is there any method in hspice model ? |
