Dear Sir,
I want to publish my work in IEEE transaction journal,please give me suggestion on the following points

(1) On what basis , they will select the papers for review and will reject the papers
(2) If they want to reject the papers, what they will look.
(3) If they want to select the papers, what they will look.
(4) Once selected papers send to the reviewers, what actually reviewers will look from the researcher.
(5) Reviewers on what basis, they will place comments to the research work.
(6) How we have to write the papers to getting selection in IEEE
transction paper.

(7) How we have to satisfy the reviewers of IEEE transction paper.

Please give advice me on the above points
