Hi,

I want to simulate a standalone chargepump to know the impact of supply ripple which can cause Deterministic jitter(DJ) at the o/p of PLL. (assuming a single tone ripple at supply)

how to measure this with just only having chargepump (and probably emulating the steady state of pll) with some math using loop Transfer function after that to arrive at a crude number for DJ.

I have done PAC analysis on the chargepump and got a PSRR number in dB ( which iout/vdd form)
can this be useful in any sense for getting to DJ?

Please help me in setting up a simple sim setup for DJ from chargepump.
