Hi,

i need to calculate/simulate the Power Efficiency of a Boost Converter that operates in DCM.

Vout=250V
Vin=5V

How can i do that the simplest way?

I checked that and i am not sure how this should help me to calculate the power efficiency.

Do you have a circuit with a functional architecture from that?
