Hi Guys,

Cuk converter has the same function as inverting topology. Its output can be greater than or lower than the input voltage, while it has inverted polarity. I am confused. What is the intention to invent Cuk converter? I has one more inductor and one more capacitor than the inverting topology. What is the use of Cuk converter? Thank you.
