i need to have TSMC 90-nm Library for my project.
can anyone help me?

Yes, TSMC.
Note that libraries are generally protected by NDAs, so you can only get them legally from the source.

generally free, they want you to use their foundry

Hi Azadbakht,
you should contact TSMC.
They will probably expect you to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before they give you access.
