Title: TSMC 90nm LP non volatile memory
Post by Magistus on Nov 20th, 2014, 3:40am

Hi,

we are searching for a non volatile memory to storage an ID. Regardless of One-Time-Programmable, Multi-Time-Programmable, EEPROM, Memory based on eFuses or whatever. Main issue: LOW POWER! We don't have to storage many bits. 32 or 64 bits are enough. Technology: TSMC 90nm LP. Does anyone have a proposal where I can find such an IP?

Thank you and kind regards
Magistus...

Hi,

If you're looking for a very small memory don't even look at expensive memories like EEPROM ! Chose a memory without any additional mask.

If you want to know which IP provider qualified its OTP or eFuse IP on TSMC 90LP ask to TSMC!

Regarding low power: do you mean "in the field" or in probe, when programming your ID ?

Regards

Hi,

I have already asked TSMC. They refered me to Europractice but the only "low power" memory they ofered me was to expensive.

Low power means during reading. The power during writing does not matter.

Kind regards
