Title: dynamic Pulse Train
Post by Joe Shmoe on Jun 24th, 2015, 7:22pm

Hi,

I searching for a possibility to apply a dynamic pulse train.
For example:
Vread_Vset_Vread_Vset_.... (Vset increases incrementally)
if a specific current is detected during Vread then I would like to apply another pulse train:
Vread_Vreset_Vread_Vreset_....(Vreset increases incrementally)

What is the best way to implement such a model card?

Thanks,
Joe

Why don't you try doing this with Verilog A? It is good for
one off test equipment like this.

Hi Sheldon,

thanks your reply!

Since my subcircuit is written in Verilog-A this is a good option.

Now, how would I do that? Could you give me a hint how to start?

Thanks,
Joe

Voltages are pretty straightforward. How about creating a
branch and monitoring the current in the branch?
