Hi all,

I'm working to extraction the BSIM3v3 CV Parameter. I create this topic to sharing, discussion, studying for new man. (I'm a new man) :P

My task: Extract all CV parameters in BSIM3v3 Model using Levenberg-Marquardt Algorithm.

I study the Flow for Extraction but it is very hard for new man; Therefore, I do it step by step:

Step 1. Extraction TOX from Cgg - Vgs curve.
Result:

Step 2. Extract Vth for CV
Hidden.

Step 3. Extract: DLC, CF, CGSO, CGSL, C_KAPPA from Overlap Cap Cgs vs. Vgs .
Result:

In this step 3, as flow we need to extract DLC and CF.
My post and my work are stop this here. I need every share your experience, your advice,... about this method and this flow.
I hope they have good stuff for them next post.

I need and I want to discuss to improve my work.
