Title: Time-domain model of ADPLL: how to obtain output spectrum

I studied the paper "Time-domain modelling of an RF all-digital PLL".

I follow the paper and create a simple model of an ADPLL.

But I don't know how to translate the DCO output into phase. In time domain, the DCO output is not a sine signal. It is an array of frequency values which updated at DCO frequency.

Any body has any ideal how to process this frequency values into spectrum? :D
