For the VCO based ADC , If the sampling frequency is 16 MHz , and maximum count is 44 when input is 0.4v and minimum count is 13 when input is 1v .
so what is the ramp duration have to take so that correct output i will get

2. Whether the sampling frequency is random or It depends upon VCO output frequency.
