Title: what is Jee when there is no input during pnoise analysis? Post by dog1 on Sep 6th, 2016, 7:32am Hello, I was trying to do pnoise analysis for an VCO in cadence with spectreRF, and I found that when I do it using noise type jitter, with no input specified, I can plot Jee. But from the application note, I understand that Jee is from the input edge to the output edge, and should only be used for driven circuit. This is contradicting. Thus can anyone explain what is Jee in my case (when there is no source), does it make sense for the VCO simulation? Thanks very much:) BR CHEN |
