Hi,

I would like to characterize the ESD structure we use, most importantly the snap-back behavior.
Has anyone here used a facility or a lab to get that done? I would really appreciate your help
and suggestions.

I've heard of people using QualiTau for testing along those lines; I don't specifically know if they do snap-back.
