Title: metal resistor's temperature coeffcient(TC) spread Post by xlowen on Dec 23rd, 2016, 6:06am Dear All, I am planning to use metal resistor in tsmc 0.18 process as current-sense resistor, I was wondering if the real TC of metal resistor is close to the value stated in the pdk, and if the TC of metal resistor spread over different batch? BTW: from some measurement I did before, the TC of poly resistor will spread a lot over different batches. I am expecting metal resistor's TC will be more well-defined than poly resistor. Thanks, Long Xu |
