We can use following special codes in Smith Chart Markers of Cadence ViVA.

%C--Displays the real and imaginary cartesian values

%Z--Displays the impedance values, such as resistance and reactance

%A--Displays the admittance values, such as conductance and susceptance

%R--Displays the reflection coefficients, such as mag and angle

Units are showed as "Ohm" even if we use %C, %A or %R for "impedance mode".

On the other hand, units are showed as "S" even if we use %C, %Z or %R for "admittance mode"

Is this known issue ?

I couldn't find any CCR requesting that this is changed, so I don't think it's been reported before. You should report this to Cadence via http://support.cadence.com
