I am new in AMS verification. I am very much interested in Verilog-AMS modeling using SMG tool.
Could you please give me some pointer to its userguide or any case study material?

Of course, there's also the Virtuoso Schematic Model Generator User Guide documentation that is in cdnshelp in the IC release.
