Hi all:

Now, I need to start my ADC's layout, but I haven't drawn any kinds of layout at all. Is there anyone can offer some help, such as some learning materials, that will help me a lot!

If you want to read about layout. There is a good chapter/section in Razavi. The baker book is pretty good for beginners as well.

For practicing layout, start with digital cells, and work your way up to the analog stuff. Just do a google search for the various Cadence layout tutorials. Also, finding an expert or asking online here is a good idea too.
