Hi,
I am getting an error while generating ams netlist using runams.

I am using the following module:
ies/15.20.014
ic/617/700

The error is attached in the file.

Could anyone please help me out how can I resolve this issue?

This was fixed via CCR 1487801 in IC6.1.7.500.1 (ISR1). You're using the base release (IC6.1.7.78), which didn't have the fix.

I did see a case (presumably fro you, because the content is almost identical) in which the AE (and R&D) said that the error was benign - but I thought it worth mentioning when this actually got fixed.

How can I load IC6.1.7.500.1 (ISR1)?

We have the following modules available:

ic/616/ISR5_ms

ic/ams
ic/current
ic/current_ic5
ic/current_ms
ic/latest
ic/prev
ic/test_ms
ic/xps

Which module should I load to overcome the above issue?
This is not mentioned in CCR 1487801.

The CCR wouldn't mention the module you need to use, because that's obviously dependent upon what you name them. However, anything after IC617 ISR1 should be OK, and given what you appear to have called them, I'd guess either:

ic/06.17.705
ic/06.17.706

would be OK. (I'm guessing those correspond to 6.1.7.500.5 and 6.1.7.500.6 - the 70x is the "release management system" naming convention on the downloads, if that's what's been followed here.
