Title: Decoupling capacitor in on Chip cmos lna Post by engrvip on Aug 19th, 2017, 7:20pm Hi I am designing on chip cmos LNA at 1.1GHz. it is a single stage cascode architecture. Bias for input MOS is generated on chip through constant Gm bias circuit. Does this lna require decoupling capacitor at input and output? If yes, what should be the consideration for selecting decoupling capacitor for On chip lba ? Regards Engrvip |
