Title: how to calculate DNL if there are missing codes Post by A Kumar R on Sep 6th, 2023, 7:55am Hi, The ADC that i am working on has some missing codes, is it proper to calculate DNL of the code which occurs after those missing codes in the usual manner?. for example, lets say, after code 32...6 codes are missing and then 39 occurred, is it ok to look at the difference b/w the input voltages of 39 and 32 codes and divide it by the LSB value and substract 1 from it to get the DNL?. Thanks, A Kumar |
