Hi all,

I need use a charge pump to generate a negative voltage, the attachment is a classical circuit, however the efficiency is not very good because the large switch (MP0,MN1,MN2 and MN3) have large current.

Is there any other charge pump circuit with good efficiency to generate negative voltage? Thanks in advance.
