verilogA model of fully differential opamp

Dear All,
I need a verilogA model for fully diff OP ( Diff in Diff out). Should cover simple non-idealities like : 2 - 3 pole system , offset etc. Modelwiter helps to create good non-ideal OPAMP model but that's single ended.
Can it be readily available in any Cadence Library or somewhere else ? Could not find yet.

With Thanks and Regards,
Dipankar.

Dipankar,
Look in bmslib for some examples, bmslib is located with the other
examples libraries, CDSHOME/tools/dfII/samples/artist.
Best Regards,
Sheldon
