About LC tank VCO?

hi, everyone,
can u help me write a VCO model in verilog HDL?
the vco specs:
Vctrl range is 0.2v - 2.5v
Kvco is 40MHz/v
Tuning Frequency range is 145MHz(<2.5v) - 225MHz(>0.2v)

output is DC=1.86v A=100mv

There is a Verilog-AMS VCO model in the www.verilog-ams.com library. That would be a good starting point for you. Look in the Functional Models in the Verilog-AMS library.
