how to add voltage-controlled cap?
Aug 05th, 2004, 12:20pm

I need to add a voltage-controlled cap in analog artist. I  have check AnanlogLib models, there is only one model which can model voltage-controlled cap, but it can only be used in hspice simulator. I want to use spectre simulator. Do I need to use Verilog-A to model this device? Thank you.

From IC5033 onwards, you can use the vccs source in
analogLib, and specify a source type of vccap.

Andrew.
